Class Length

All classes are 45 minutes in length except for the express classes which are 30 minutes in length on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 5am.

All classes are for all levels of fitness, we can help you modify for any issues, concerns, or injuries.

Your First Class

Your first week of classes is free. Contact us anytime to start. You will be required to use the bileaubuilt.pike13.com app to reserve your spot in classes. (This can be used on the web or downloaded onto your mobile device). You can get on a waitlist as well. If you are on a waitlist, you must manage your notifications because you can be enrolled in a class up to 4 hours before the class, and if you do and do not show up, you will be charged the $15 no-show fee.

Upon arrival, you will be required to sign two waivers, and notify us of any injuries or limitations prior to class so we can help you. It's as simple as that.

We do ask that you always bring a change of sneakers to keep the gym floor clean. If you are planning to take a Tuesday night yoga please bring a mat. We look forward to meeting you!

These classes are for all exercise levels. We always offer variations and the group does not judge anyone for stopping during a work-out or modifying. You do you!!

We often hear people say "I can't sign up yet, I need to go to the gym and get in shape first." You have to begin somewhere, and for some people working out with a group helps them vs working out on their own. Never feel like you have to look a certain way or be a certain fitness level to be a part of Bileau Built. Everyone can do this.
